Job summary

A renewable energy corporation in Metro Manila is seeking a Project Manager for rooftop and utility-scale solar projects. The role involves developing project plans, managing permits, and ensuring compliance with safety policies. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and preferably be a Registered Electrical Engineer with proven experience in project management within solar or renewable energy. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in solar, renewable energy, or construction project management.

Responsibilities

I. Project Planning & Execution:

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for rooftop or utility‑scale solar projects.

Manage necessary permits, including Net Metering applications and local city hall permits.

III. Site Management & Safety:

Supervise installation teams, conduct inspections, and ensure strict compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) policies.

IV. Technical Oversight:

Provide troubleshooting support, review designs, and coordinate with engineers/suppliers for equipment.

V. Stakeholder Communication:

Act as the primary liaison between clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal departments.

Minimum Requirements: (Qualifications required for the position)

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.

Licensure: Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) is highly preferred.

Experience: Proven experience in solar, renewable energy, or construction project management.

Skills: Strong leadership, proficient in project management software, and excellent communication skills.
