Job summary

Tops Ice Plant Inc. in Iloilo City seeks an Electrical Site Supervisor to assist upper management with drawings, specs, schedules, and quality standards. You will supervise construction activities and ensure all work adheres to approved drawings and technical requirements.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Contractors and stakeholders, inspecting work, overseeing installation/testing of substation equipment, and ensuring HSE compliance and proper handover documentation.

• Supervise and monitor all construction activities.
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, project schedule and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Contractors, Plant personnel, Colleagues, Suppliers, Government Agencies and other stakeholders.
• Regular inspection of construction work and reporting off-spec incidents with corrective actions.
• Supervise installation, testing and commissioning of substation equipment and transmission line systems.
• Monitor daily progress and prepare accomplishment reports.
• Ensure compliance with project HSE requirements, electrical safety procedures, PTW and LOTO systems.
• Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues during construction and testing activities.
• Verify materials, quantities and work completion for billing and project documentation.
• Support preparation of as-built drawings, test reports, punch-list closure and handover documents.
