Job summary

Bold Business in the Philippines is looking for an experienced Cisco UC Voice Engineer to support critical upgrades across our enterprise communication platforms. Key responsibilities include upgrading Cisco CUCM, UCCX, and Unity Connection systems and VMware ESXi environments. Candidates should have hands-on experience with these upgrades, strong analytical skills, and a CCNA certification. Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience upgrading CUCM, UCCX, and CUC environments.
• Demonstrated experience upgrading VMware ESXi from 6.5/7.0 to 8.0.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform upgrades of CUCM, UCCX, and CUC from version 12.5 to 15.4.
• Execute VMware ESXi upgrades from versions 6.5 and 7.0 to 8.0.
• Coordinate with global teams to plan and execute upgrades.
