Job summary

2GO Group is seeking an Asa CI Project Manager to oversee and lead initiatives focused on improving finance processes in a shared services context. You will automate projects from inception through completion, analyze processes, and design solutions with finance and operations partners.

You’ll develop standard finance processes and Lean methodologies with strong stakeholder management. You will report to the Continuous Improvement Lead under FASS and collaborate across finance operations while

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Continuous Improvement/Lean/Operational Excellence in a Financial SSC (2–3 years).
• 5–7 years of experience handling AR, AP, R2R, FP&A or Tax processes.
• Experience in leading a Finance Project.
• Strong skills in project management, communication, interpersonal and negotiation.
• Proficient with financial software (Oracle).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent stakeholder communication.
• Time management and prioritization to manage conflicting priorities.
• Lean Six Sigma trained/certified is a plus.
• PMP trained/certified is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project delivery from start to end.
• Define project scope, timeline, deliverables and project delivery success criteria.
• Conducts regular cadence and communication to stakeholders on project progress, risks and issues.
• Streamlining finance processes, driving efficiency, and delivering strategic initiatives to the business.
• Provide governance and expert guidance in the implementation of finance processes by operations.
• Establish and maintain a framework that would measure finance processes and quantify improvement results.
• Ability to develop a very good understanding of the business operations within the organization and the interdependencies across business functions.
• Decisiveness–makes clear-cut decisions without unnecessary delay, even in tough situations.
• Proactively develop customer relationships by making efforts to listen to and understand the customer (internal & external).
• Conducts reasonableness check on financial results and other quantitative info (i.e., do the numbers make sense).
• Strong ability to challenge the status quo.

EducationalBackground

• Agraduate degree in Accounting/Business educational background, with goodaccounting knowledge.

ProfessionalExperience

• Solid experience in ContinuousImprovement/Lean/Operational Excellence preferably in a Financial SSC (atleast 2-3 years)
• At least 5–7-yearexperienceinhandlingvariousfinance processes(AR, AP, R2R, FP&Aor Tax)
• Experience in leading a FinanceProject
• Strong skills in project management,communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
