Job summary

SGS Philippines is seeking an Operations Specialist (Chinese Speaking with HSK/TOCFL) to join the GBS team. You will review documents, process report packs, generate and issue certificates, and handle client invoicing with accuracy.

Reporting to the GBS BA Manager, this full-time role requires strong organization, analytical skills, and fluent English and Chinese. Certifications (HSK/TOCFL) are welcomed and training will be provided to ensure compliance with QHSEE policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 2 years back-office data handling and processing.
• Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and present data.
• English and Chinese language proficiency required (HSK/TOCFL Level 4).

Responsibilities

• Review documents per Work Instructions.
• Process report packs in SGS BA systems.
• Generate and issue certificates to clients.
• Check submitted documents and issue invoices.
• Perform administration tasks accurately and efficiently.
