Job summary

SGS Philippines is seeking a Chinese-speaking Operations Specialist (GBS) to support the GBS team and international affiliates. The role requires a bachelor's degree, 2 years in back office, and proficiency in English and Chinese (HSK/TOCFL 4+).

You will review documents, process report packs, generate certificates, and handle invoicing with accuracy. The position is full-time in the Philippines, offering opportunities for process improvements and cross-functional collaboration within the QHSEE

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and relevant to the role.
• Minimum 2 years of back office experience with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and process data in IT applications.
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
• Desirable but not a must: Have experience in certification and SGS CBE IT tools (Certnet, Applaudd).

Responsibilities

• Review documents in accordance with provided Work Instructions.
• Process report packs in SGS BA systems.
• Generate and issue certificates.
• Check submitted documents and issue invoice to clients.
• Perform administration tasks in an efficient and accurate manner.
