• Support senior chefs with mise en place and daily operations.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or quality concerns.
• Ensure proper use and care of kitchen equipment.
• Follow hotel safety, sanitation, and policies.
• Assist in receiving and inspecting deliveries for quality.
• Minimise wastage and contribute to cost-control efforts.
• Participate in training to develop culinary skills in Chinese cuisine.
• Support colleagues across kitchen sections to ensure smooth operation.
