Job summary

Q2 HR Solutions is seeking a Chief Sales Officer to lead the sales and commercial direction of a well-established Philippine organization spanning education, publishing, retail, and learning-solutions. You will develop and execute comprehensive retail and sales strategies, oversee the sales organization, and drive revenue growth across both B2C and B2B channels while building strategic partnerships.

The role requires a Master's degree or Masteral units, a track record of leading large sales

Qualifications

• College graduate with Master's degree or Masteral units.
• Extensive progressive experience in sales, commercial, retail, or business leadership.
• ≥26 years of relevant professional experience, including ≥15 years in managerial or executive leadership roles.
• Strong track record leading sizeable sales organizations and delivering measurable revenue and profitability growth.
• Strong experience in retail/B2C sales, with exposure to B2B markets highly valuable.
• Experience in channel development, distributor partnerships, market expansion, and go-to-market strategy.
• Demonstrated experience managing sales budgets, forecasts, performance targets, and commercial results.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance revenue growth with profitability.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, and other executive stakeholders.
• Strong strategic communication, critical thinking, decision-making, organizational leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute retail and sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
• Lead sales organization; align targets, channels, resources with business strategy.
• Drive achievement of sales volume, market share, revenue, profitability, and other objectives.
• Oversee sales planning, budgets, projections, costs, and related performance across B2C and B2B.
• Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with distributors and other channels.
• Identify and develop alternative sales and distribution channels for growth.
• Partner with Marketing and Market Teams on go-to-market initiatives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Establish sales performance management systems and accountability across the organization.
• Develop, mentor, and strengthen sales leaders and teams; foster high-performance culture.
• Build productive senior-level relationships with customers, partners, prospects, and stakeholders.
