Swift Up, a growth-focused company, seeks a senior leader to build and scale a high-performing commercial organization in the Philippines. You will own revenue growth strategies, expand into Enterprise, Government, and Off-Net segments, and forge strategic partnerships to unlock new markets.

You will lead and develop a top-tier revenue team, align with Marketing, Network, Operations, Product, and Finance, and drive forecasting, profitability, and pipeline rigor. MBA or exec education is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Senior leadership experience with revenue growth.
• Strong business development, enterprise sales, partnerships, negotiation, pricing, forecasting, pipeline management, and profitability.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on leadership and communication skills.
• Telecom/ICT/Connectivity industry experience preferred.
• MBA or executive education is an advantage.
