Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a visionary Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead enterprise-wide commercial strategy and revenue generation from its Pasig, Philippines location. This executive will accelerate business growth, strengthen market leadership, and drive overall performance of the consumer business.

The role oversees all revenue-generating functions, including sales, distribution, channel management, and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a business-related field; MBA preferred.
15+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience, including at least 8 years in executive leadership roles.
Proven experience leading large-scale commercial organizations with full revenue and P&L accountability.
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, market expansion, customer acquisition, and commercial transformation.
Strong financial acumen and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the organization's commercial and revenue growth strategy.
Lead nationwide commercial operations including sales, distribution, and partnerships.
Establish revenue targets, forecasts, and performance KPIs across functions.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, Finance, Technology, and Operations.
Present commercial strategies and growth initiatives to the Executive Committee and Board.
