Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technologist is required.
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist.
• Minimum 2 years as Chief Radiologic Technologist.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office and data gathering processes.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Department of Radiology in monthly admin meetings and other required meetings.
• Plan monthly radiology staffing, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays; assign relievers as needed.
• Supervise staff in preparing monthly/ semi-annual/ annual reports and annual budget forecast.
• Prepare documents for license-to-operate renewal.
• Orient and motivate radiology staff.
• Perform diagnostic radiologic procedures.
• Assess radiographic quality.
• Draft the department budget.
• Submit operational income and expense financial reports.

Job description

• Represents the Department of Radiology in the monthly administrative staff meeting and all other meetings which will require representation of the department.
• Responsible for the monthly schedule and proper staffing of the radiology especially during night shift, weekends, and holiday duty by assigning a reliever duty when other staff members are on vacation, sick or in emergency leave.
• Supervises the radiology staff in the preparation of the departmental monthly, semi-annual and annual reports as well as the annual budget forecast.
• Prepares all necessary documents for the renewal of license to operate.
• Responsible for the orientation and motivation of the radiology staff.
• Performs diagnostic radiological procedures.
• Assess radiographic quality
• Drafts budget of the department
• Monthly submission of financial reports particularly-operational income and expenses.

Qualifications

• A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technologist
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist
• At least two years of professional experience as Chief Radiologic Technologist
• Has a good communication skill both written and oral
• Knowledgeable in MS Office, Inter Office Correspondence, Data gathering
