Job summary

Healthserv Los Banos Medical Center seeks a Pharmacy Department supervisor responsible for managing operational processes and coordinating with clinical and corporate partners to drive performance improvements while maintaining safe patient care and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, a valid PRC license, and at least three years of clinical experience, with leadership training and professional organization membership preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
• With a valid PRC License.
• Must have at least three (3) years of experience in a clinical setting.
• At least attended any basic leadership/management training.
• Preferably a member of any Pharmacy Accredited Professional Organization.

Job description

Primarily takes charge of management of operational processes of the Pharmacy Department. He/ She coordinates operational matters with other important clinical and corporate departments, that are important in bringing about performance improvement. He/she interprets operational plans to the staff as per direction of the leadership; in terms of safe patient care and revenues. He/ She also responsible for overseeing all activities during an assigned shift to ensure compliance to hospital standards and standards of practice directed towards the promotion of safe and quality health care.
