Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications, medical supplies, and other pharmacy products with proper prep, labeling, storage, and compounding.
• Review and interpret prescriptions to ensure appropriate therapy, correct dosage, and avoid interactions.
• Counsel patients on safe medication use and report erroneous/invalid prescriptions to the FDA.
• Manage inventory by sourcing suppliers, receiving orders, monitoring stock levels, and conducting regular audits.
• Encode medicines into the system and prepare purchase orders and daily income reports.
• Ensure quality, safety, efficacy, and proper storage of medicines and supplies.
• Maintain compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements, including government reporting.
• Protect confidentiality of patient, company, and pharmacy information.
• Stay current with pharmaceutical developments and provide drug education through trainings and seminars.
• Supervise pharmacy personnel, monitor workflow, and maintain a clean, sanitary environment.

• Review and interpret prescriptions to ensure appropriate therapy, correct dosage, and prevent potential drug interactions.
• Counsel patients on safe medication use and report any erroneous, invalid, or violative prescriptions to the FDA.
• Manage inventory operations by sourcing suppliers, receiving orders, monitoring stock levels, and conducting regular inventory audits (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually).
• Maintain accurate records by encoding medicines and supplies into the system and preparing purchase orders and daily income reports.
• Ensure the quality, safety, efficacy, and proper storage of medicines and pharmaceutical supplies.
• Maintain compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements, including government reporting and documentation.
• Protect the confidentiality of patient, company, and pharmacy-related information.
• Stay current with pharmaceutical developments, evaluate relevant materials, and provide drug education through lectures, trainings, and seminars.
