Responsibilities

• Assists the HRMD Chief in planning, implementing and evaluating HR plans and programs across Recruitment, Selection and Placement, L&D, PM and R&R to build TESDA personnel capabilities.
• Supports the implementation of HRM systems, procedures, and services to raise maturity and align with PRIME-HRM levels III and IV.
• Supports TESDA's Quality Management System through development of work standards, procedures and guidelines and benchmarking of best practices.
• Assists in preparing the Division's Commitment and Review Form by coordinating work distribution and scheduling of programs with alignment to mandates and priorities.
• Provides recommendations on staff performance evaluation and HRMD document endorsements.
• Supports the operation of HRIS and related HRM processes; participates in orientations to ensure consistent interpretation of rules.
• Assists in improving services and monitoring systems within HRMD and related offices.
• Maintains linkages with local and foreign HRD partners and supports collaboration efforts.
• Contributes to program oversight and conducts consultations to ensure uniform understanding of CSC and government rules.
• Performs other related functions as needed.
