Job summary

Nezda Global seeks a Head of Construction to provide strategic leadership for the construction function and oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple project sites. Qualifications

• 15–20+ years of progressive leadership experience in construction and project delivery.
• Proven track record leading large-scale, complex development programs.
• Experience with large distribution and logistics centers.
• Experience with hypermarkets and/or warehouse-format developments.
• Experience with large-scale commercial and mixed-use developments.
• Experience with industrial parks and/or township developments.
• Experience leading national or regional multi-site construction portfolios.
• Willingness to be based in Makati City with frequent travel to project sites nationwide.
