Position: Virtual Chief Financial Officer (VCFO)
Work Setup: Remote

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Virtual Chief Financial Officer (VCFO) to oversee financial management, strengthen reporting processes, and provide meaningful financial insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate combines strong accounting and financial management expertise with a strategic mindset, someone who can go beyond preparing financial statements and translate financial data into actionable business insights.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the company's financial management and provide insights to support business planning and decision-making.

• Develop, manage, and monitor cash flow forecasts to ensure financial stability and effective resource allocation.

• Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), ensuring proper controls, timely follow-ups, and efficient processes.

• Prepare and improve management reports, financial summaries, and performance analyzes.

• Analyze financial data, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and present meaningful recommendations to management.

• Improve existing financial reporting processes and establish better visibility over the company's financial position and performance.

• Work closely with the management team to support financial planning, forecasting, and operational decisions.

About you

• Strong background in accounting, finance, and financial management.

• Proven experience in financial reporting, cash flow management, and forecasting.

• Solid understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and financial controls.

• Ability to interpret financial information and translate complex data into clear, practical business insights.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commercial and business-oriented mindset.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly when discussing financial performance and recommendations.
