Job summary

Handled is recruiting on behalf of a SaaS client for two Senior Finance Officers (Bookkeepers) to join remotely in the Philippines. You will support accounts payable, invoicing, payroll, multi-currency transactions, and month-end close across Australia, UAE and the US.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years AU bookkeeping experience, strong Xero and Excel skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup. Experience with SaaS and ERP systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• AU bookkeeping or finance experience (minimum 2 years).
• Experience supporting Australian or US businesses or clients.
• Experience with SaaS businesses.
• Strong Xero and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Rippling for US payroll is highly regarded.
• Experience using ERP or financial management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience in a BPO/offshore environment would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and manage accounts payable.
• Prepare customer invoices and support revenue and subscription billing.

• Follow up outstanding invoices and maintain debtor records.

About You
