Role Description: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Ortigas Pasig City, responsible for overseeing all financial operations of Alpha Debt Recovery Business Solutions Corp. This role includes managing financial planning and budgeting, supervising the preparation and analysis of financial statements, and ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting to executive leadership and stakeholders. The CFO will monitor cash flow, profitability, and financial risks, implement internal controls, and support strategic decision-making to drive sustainable growth. Day-to-day tasks involve collaborating with department heads on cost management, optimizing financial processes, ensuring regulatory and tax compliance, and leading the finance team in developing and maintaining best practices. The CFO will also contribute to long-term business strategies by providing data-driven insights and recommendations to strengthen the company’s financial position.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Accounting or Finance, with proven experience in corporate financial management and strategy.
• Ability to lead Financial Planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.

• Demonstrated capability in Financial Reporting, including management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is required.
• Experience in the collections, financial services, or related industry is preferred.
