Job summary

The VITO Group seeks a seasoned CFO-level finance leader to guide our finance, accounting, treasury, budgeting, tax, and financial planning functions in the Philippines.

You will oversee project costing, cash-flow management, complex financing, and investment analysis, while ensuring regulatory compliance, robust internal controls, and effective partnerships with banks and auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; CPA license preferred.
• 12 to 15+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• At least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
• Experience in real estate, property development, construction, or related industries.
• Extensive expertise in financial planning, budgeting, treasury, taxation, accounting, and financial reporting.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and executive-level stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key financial adviser to executive leadership and the Board.
• Direct and optimize operations across Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Budgeting, Tax, and Financial Planning.

Work Setup: Full On-Site
Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM) ;Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Salary Range: ₱150,000 – ₱200,000 / month
