AIA Shared Services, Philippines, seeks a Compliance Officer to lead and strengthen the company's Compliance Risk Management Framework, providing independent oversight and strategic advisory to senior management and Board Committees.

You will ensure regulatory compliance with Insurance Commission, Department of Health, AMLC, NPC, and other authorities, acting as a trusted partner to foster an ethical culture and regulator-ready environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation and continuous enhancement of the Compliance Risk Management Framework.
• Provide robust second-line compliance oversight across all business units and supporting functions.
• Advise management on regulatory developments, enforcement trends, and compliance implications.
• Oversee AML/CFT program including risk assessments, monitoring, and customer due diligence.
• Lead anti-bribery and corruption framework, monitoring, and investigations.
• Drive ethics, integrity, and a culture of compliance across the organization.
• Provide oversight of data privacy and information governance, addressing related risks.
• Develop and execute a risk-based Compliance Monitoring Plan and remediation actions.
• Support Board and Executive governance through reporting, dashboards, and regulatory affairs.
