Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years in business development, sales or chemical trading in B2B.
- Experience in chemical sales/trading or industrial chemicals is preferred.
- Proven track record in acquiring new customers and negotiations.
- Driver's license is required.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for chemical trading.
- Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting to conversion.
- Negotiate and present proposals to clients.
