Chemworld Marketing Corporation in Makati is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue, manage key B2B client relationships, and lead the sales team within the Industrial Products Division (IPD).

The role develops strategic plans, coordinates with production and support teams, and ensures sales targets are achieved while maintaining high service and technical standards. Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Develop and implement annual sales strategies and targets aligned with company objectives.
• Drive revenue growth through new business acquisitions and expansion of existing accounts.
• Build and maintain strong B2B client relationships and partnerships.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates for Top Management.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and service agreements within approved guidelines.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and effective resolution of escalations.
• Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, Accounting, and Finance teams among others to ensure smooth order fulfillment and service delivery.
• Lead and manage Technical Sales Representatives (TSRs) to improve performance and accountability.
