Job summary

Incora in Manila, Philippines is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Officer to ensure full regulatory compliance for chemical importation activities. You will liaise with authorities, manage permits, licenses, and regulatory submissions while maintaining accurate inventories and compliance records.

The role requires a Chemistry/Pharma related degree and 3–5 years of regulatory experience in the chemical industry, with knowledge of RA 6969, PICCS, SDS and GHS standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related science field.
• 3–5 years of regulatory compliance experience within the chemical industry.
• Experience with PMPIN, SQI, and controlled chemical licensing processes.
• Knowledge of RA 6969, PICCS, SDS, and GHS standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage chemical import permits, licenses, and regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate with DENR-EMB, PDEA, PNP, Customs, and other regulatory agencies.
• Maintain regulated chemical inventories and compliance records.
• Prepare required reports and support audits and inspections.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure ongoing compliance.
