Job summary

FS Beauty Co. Skin Care & Cosmetics Manufacturing is seeking a regulatory affairs professional to oversee compliance for new and existing cosmetic products in the Philippines.

You will monitor changes in local and international regulations, liaise with authorities, ensure labeling and formulations meet requirements, and document compliance. This role requires PRC-licensed professionals and at least 1 year in regulatory or compliance within cosmetics or pharma.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of cosmetic regulations, guidelines, and testing requirements, particularly in the Philippines and ASEAN region.

• Liaising with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary approvals and certifications for new and existing products
• Reviewing and ensuring all product formulations, labelling, and marketing materials adhere to regulatory requirements
• Coordinating with the product development and manufacturing teams to implement regulatory compliance measures
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation and records to demonstrate regulatory compliance
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential regulatory risks
• Providing training and guidance to staff on regulatory best practices

Job description

• Liaising with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary approvals and certifications for new and existing products
• Reviewing and ensuring all product formulations, labelling, and marketing materials adhere to regulatory requirements
• Coordinating with the product development and manufacturing teams to implement regulatory compliance measures
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation and records to demonstrate regulatory compliance
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential regulatory risks
• Providing training and guidance to staff on regulatory best practices
• Registered Pharmacist, Chemist, Chemical Engineer with valid PRC License
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a regulatory or compliance role within the cosmetic or pharmaceutical industry
• In-depth knowledge of cosmetic regulations, guidelines, and testing requirements, particularly in the Philippines and ASEAN region
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex regulatory information to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve regulatory issues
• Proficient in using regulatory compliance software and data management tools
• Attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative approach to work
