Incora Philippines Inc. in Manila is seeking an exceptional Regulatory Compliance Officer to join our team. You will ensure full regulatory compliance for chemical importation activities and work closely with regulatory authorities.

You will manage permits and licenses, oversee regulated chemical inventories, prepare reports, and support audits to uphold safety standards and business integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related science.
• 3-5 years of regulatory compliance experience within the chemical industry.
• Experience with PMPIN, SQI, and controlled chemical licensing processes.
• Knowledge of RA 6969, PICCS, SDS, and GHS standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and compliance documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage chemical import permits, licenses, and regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate with DENR-EMB, PDEA, PNP, Customs, and other regulatory agencies.
• Maintain regulated chemical inventories and compliance records.
• Prepare required reports and support audits and inspections.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Provide guidance on licensing and chemical handling requirements.
