The Chat Support Representative will provide fast and accurate customer support through live chat and messaging channels at MangoJob- Recruitment Platform in Las Piñas. The role requires strong written English, the ability to handle several conversations, and a professional approach with the team.

0–1 year of chat or customer service experience is preferred but not required; high school graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Senior High School Graduate or College Level.
• 0–1 year of chat, customer service, or BPO experience preferred.
• Strong written English, grammar, and typing accuracy.
• Able to manage several conversations without losing attention to detail.
• Customer service or non-voice BPO experience is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
