Mcars Ph is seeking a motivated on-site Chat Support Specialist to engage with customers, identify needs, and drive sales opportunities. You will manage 300–500 inquiries daily with a focus on accuracy, professionalism, and fast response times.

The role emphasizes solution-oriented communication, teamwork, and the ability to handle objections while maintaining quality. Experience in call center or chat-based sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous Call Center, BPO, or Customer Service experience is preferred.
• Experience in Chat Support, Sales, Lead Generation, or Appointment Setting is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to handle customer objections, concerns, and difficult situations.
• Punctual, dependable, and professional.
• Able to remain calm, courteous, and solution-oriented under pressure.
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Goal-oriented and capable of meeting daily performance targets.
• Fast learner and adaptable to new processes and tools.

• Willing to work on-site and on shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Profile and qualify customers through chat conversations.
• Identify customer needs, interests, and purchase intent.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
• Handle customer concerns, questions, and objections with confidence and professionalism.
• Refer qualified customers and leads to the appropriate Sales Agent.
• Support the sales process to help convert qualified inquiries into successful transactions.
• Coordinate and set customer appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer information and conversation records.
• Handle approximately 300–500 inquiries per day while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
