Responsibilities

• Reviews, analyzes and resolves incoming chargeback transactions through retrieval and representment processing.
• Monitor dispute cases and ensure compliance with brands rules and set policies and procedures to avoid operational loss/lapses.
• Thoroughly review the accuracy of cases and ensure the completeness of documentation prior to processing representment.
• Ensures updating of all chargebacks received on the final resolution of each case.

• Ensures updating of all chargebacks received on the final resolution of each case

Qualifications

• Must be a bachelor's degree holder
• With at least 3 years of experience in credit card business particularly in chargeback
• Willing to work on site and be assigned in Ortigas
