Job summary

Global Executive Solutions Group is seeking a Channel Development Manager based in Eastwood, Quezon City to drive dealer recruitment and channel partnerships. The role focuses on networking and communication products, with direct brand experience and nationwide travel requirements.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in channel development, solid networking knowledge, and English fluency. This is a direct hire position with a 9am–6pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have direct working experience with commercial networking brands.
• Solid understanding of networking and communication technologies.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin/Chinese is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new dealers, system integrators, and channel partners specializing in networking and communication products.
• Develop and implement strategic channel programs to grow IPCOM’s market presence and sales revenue.
• Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and competitor activities.
• Negotiate pricing, rebates, and partnership terms to secure long-term dealer relationships.
• Provide training, product updates, and technical support coordination to channel partners.
• Monitor dealer performance, ensuring achievement of assigned sales targets and compliance with IPCOM standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and technical support) for smooth order fulfillment and after-sales service.
• Prepare regular reports on sales forecasts, pipeline development, and partner activities for management review.
