Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in an FMCG industry.
• Strong experience in market or territory development, negotiations and people management.
• Able to obtain and hold a valid driver’s license and willing to relocate.
• Demonstrates leadership and interpersonal skills, and is a team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow an assigned sales territory by implementing distribution strategies.
• Create and implement approved coverage plans for maximum distribution.
• Implement and monitor national and local category and channel marketing programs to ensure product presence and sales.
• Develop and implement visibility strategies through merchandising and promotion programs.
