The role focuses on crafting channel-specific strategies to optimize sales performance and strengthen brand visibility within the channel, driving actionable plans from market insights.

The ideal candidate will own channel knowledge, conduct research, review performance, and lead cross-functional initiatives to achieve company channel sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management, Marketing or Engineering.
• Preferably with Trade Marketing background.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Willing to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Owns the channel knowledge within the team.
• Engages in research to improve shopper understanding in the channel.
• Reviews channel and area performance and recommends interventions.
• Maintains a collective view of categories to drive channel sales metrics.
• Creates strategy and programs; approves field programs for alignment.
• Leads the team in consolidating channel initiatives and develops monthly/quarterly execution plans.
• Owns channel SMAC development and cascades to the Channel Execution Team.
• Develops and cascades Perfect Store Standards for the channel.
• Performs cost analysis for channel programs and initiatives.
