The CFO AI Acceleration Squad is a dedicated transformation team established to accelerate AI adoption across CFO. As a Vice President, you will lead one of the squad's delivery pods, working across multiple Finance functions to identify, prioritise and deliver AI-enabled transformation opportunities. You will be responsible for managing a small cross‑functional team, engaging senior stakeholders, and driving the end‑to‑end lifecycle of AI adoption—from diagnostics and opportunity identification through to implementation, training and benefit realisation.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead a cross‑functional AI Acceleration Squad pod, driving delivery of AI‑enabled transformation initiatives across Finance.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate complex issues into practical solutions.
• Passion for innovation, technology and AI, with a track record of driving adoption of new ways of working.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all levels.
