Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in Manila is seeking a Vice President to lead the CFO AI Acceleration Squad – Pod Lead, guiding cross-functional teams to identify, prioritise and deliver AI-enabled transformations across the CFO function.

You will drive adoption of AI tools, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and manage end-to-end delivery from diagnostics to benefit realisation, coaching teams and scaling successful solutions across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading transformation, change or strategic initiatives within Finance, COO, Consulting or related functions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive organisational change.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including coaching and managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex issues into practical solutions.
• Passion for innovation, technology and AI, with a track record of driving adoption of new ways of working.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional AI Acceleration Squad pod, driving delivery of AI-enabled transformation initiatives across Finance.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify, prioritise and implement high-value AI use cases.
• Drive adoption of AI tools and capabilities through coaching, stakeholder engagement and change management activities.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of sprint-based engagements, ensuring measurable business outcomes are achieved.
• Translate strategic AI objectives into practical solutions that improve productivity, controls and decision-making.
• Champion the scaling of successful AI solutions and best practices across the CFO organisation.
