Job summary

Deutsche Bank in Manila is seeking an Analyst to join the CFO AI Acceleration Squad. You will support AI adoption initiatives, help identify opportunities to improve processes and work with Finance teams to expand use of tools like Copilot, dbLumina and emerging AI capabilities.

You will assist in developing and testing AI solutions, gather user feedback, and create prompts and knowledge assets to drive adoption across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in AI, innovation, technology and continuous improvement.

• Good analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support AI adoption activities and help colleagues identify opportunities to improve ways of working.
• Assist with process reviews, opportunity assessments and AI use case development.
• Contribute to the testing, implementation and documentation of AI solutions.
• Gather user feedback and support benefit tracking activities.
• Develop prompts, knowledge assets and reusable materials to encourage AI adoption.
• Act as an AI ambassador, sharing ideas, learning and success stories across the organisation
