Private Advertiser is seeking a Certified Salesforce Administrator to deliver enterprise-grade CRM administration, flows, data cleanup, and executive dashboards on an on-demand basis. You will support onboarding, security, reports, and data integrity across a growing user base.

Qualifications

• Must hold the Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
• Experience with declarative automation (Salesforce Flows, Process Builder), custom objects, permission management, and data import tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute user onboarding/offboarding, permission set tuning, profile security, page layout updates, and bug fixes seamlessly.
• Design, build, and optimize custom Salesforce Flows and validation rules to eliminate manual repetitive steps for sales and operations teams.
• Build dynamic reports and dashboards that give leadership clear visibility into sales pipelines, revenue forecasts, and rep performance.
• Perform periodic deduplication, data cleansing, and structural health checks to preserve the CRM as a single source of truth.
• Translate business operational bottlenecks into scalable Salesforce solutions for growing teams of 25 users or fewer.

About the role

We are building an elite network of Philippine-based, Salesforce-certified professionals to deliver high-impact CRM support to growing international organizations. As a Certified Salesforce Administrator, you will provide enterprise-grade administration, custom flow development, data cleanup, and executive dashboarding on an on-demand basis—giving clients expert-level CRM support.

Key responsibilities

• Platform App Builder, Advanced Admin, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant certifications are a strong advantage
• Demonstrated experience with declarative automation (Salesforce Flows, Process Builder), custom objects, permission management, and data import tools (Data Loader, Workbench)
• Astute attention to detail with a proven ability to identify and resolve data errors
• Native-level or fluent English communication (written and oral) with the confidence to explain technical concepts to non-technical business leaders
