You will prepare reports, manage payables/receivables, and review statements while aligning with tax regulations and internal controls. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential for timely data submission.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a valid Philippine CPA license.
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Preferably with experience in a manufacturing company, particularly in production costing, inventory accounting, and cost control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Prepare and submit timely daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to management.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, cash flow, and other accounting transactions.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and account reconciliations.
• Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and resolve accounting issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and government reporting requirements.
• Monitor production costs, inventory valuation, and cost of goods sold in a manufacturing environment.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cost control.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely submission of financial data and reports.
