You will ensure accurate, timely submission of certified payroll for employees and subcontractors while coordinating with regulators. The role involves reviewing payroll, validating wage rates, and maintaining audit-ready files.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll, accounting, compliance, or administrative support (construction industry preferred).
• Ability to interpret wage determinations, payroll forms, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with subcontractors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Review weekly payroll records submitted by subcontractors and internal crews.
• Verify prevailing wage rates and fringe amounts for affordable-housing and government-funded projects.
• Validate payroll data including hours worked, classifications, tax withholdings, deductions, and overall accuracy of certified payroll forms.
