Job summary

Planet Sports Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented promotions coordinator to run in-store campaigns and ensure promotions are activated in the ETP Accelerator and properly logged.

You will verify daily re-uploaded data to confirm transfer to EAS, handle price updates for Defective Bazaar and Zout, manage Zout markdowns, and maintain article data for warehouse and allocation teams, including listings for new store openings.

Responsibilities

• Set up promotions and activate them in the ETP Accelerator.
• Record all promotions in the Promotion Logbook.
• At the end of each day, verify re-uploaded data to ensure all promotions have been successfully transferred to EAS.
• Process price updates for Defective Bazaar and Zout.
• Handle Zout markdown processing.
• Process Zout when prices in ETP stores are not updated.
• Manage article listings to ensure items can be used by the Warehouse for GR, and by Allocators to create STO/DO.
• Maintain and update article data, including vendor details, FOB, and other relevant information.
• Handle article listing and pricing for new store openings.
