Job summary

SIMPLY GOURMET FOOD CORP is seeking a role focused on product management, listings optimization, and e-commerce operations in Pampanga. You will manage product pages across Shopify, Amazon, and WooCommerce, support marketing efforts, and handle inventory and customer inquiries with Zendesk or Gorgias.

The role emphasizes data tasks such as price updates and sales reporting, coordinating with suppliers and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order flow.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and optimizing product pages and listings.
• Familiar with basic SEO keyword integration for e-commerce platforms.
• Customer support familiarity using helpdesk tools can be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Product Management and Listings: Create, update, and optimize product pages with descriptions and images.

Core Responsibilities

• Product Management and Listings: Create, update, and optimize product pages. Write product descriptions, upload images, and apply basic search engine optimization (SEO) keywords for platforms like Shopify, Amazon, or WooCommerce.
• Order and Inventory Operations: Track incoming orders, process returns or exchanges, and monitor stock levels to prevent out-of-stock items. Reconcile shipping exceptions with third-party logistics (3PL) or carriers.
• Customer Support: Answer customer emails, live chats, and helpdesk tickets (via tools like Zendesk or Gorgias) regarding order tracking, product details, and refund requests.
• Digital Marketing Support: Assist with scheduling or setting up email marketing campaigns, managing social media content calendars, and posting promotional updates.
• Data and Administrative Tasks: Update price sheets, run sales performance reports, and coordinate with suppliers or warehouse staff.
