Job summary

European Wax Center in Cebu is seeking a Center Manager to lead all aspects of the center, coach a high-performing team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists, and ensure brand standards, operational excellence, and a positive, results-driven culture.

A successful Center Manager leads from the front, present on the floor, engaged with guests and associates, and accountable for performance, culture, and results.

Responsibilities

• Leads, coaches, and mentors Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists to deliver an exceptional guest experience while achieving financial and operational goals.
• Owns center performance and meets or exceeds sales, service, and retail goals; manages shifts and floor coverage to maximize opportunities.
• Recruits, interviews, hires, and retains top talent; maintains a talent pipeline and fills open positions within 30 days.
• Ensures visual merchandising and brand standards are applied; maintains clean, organized, fully stocked, guest-ready spaces.
• Manages schedules, labor, inventory, and safety; uses company systems to support brand alignment and best practices.
