Responsibilities

• Coaches Area Managers to enhance leadership and skills in sales, problem solving, and people management.
• Represents the company in meetings with lessors and Board Meetings/MANCOM monthly.
• Conducts ocular visits to ensure stores meet corporate standards and track progress.
• Collaborates with Support Department Heads to align programs and goals.
• Monitors internal controls including cash deposits, inventory, and stock security.
• Ensures compliance with timekeeping, uniform, and employee discipline.
• Reviews adherence to SOPs and evaluates bed/treatment area utilization against financial goals.
