Job summary

A. Macalindong Group of Companies is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive cement sales across Eastern and Western Batangas and Quezon. The role is field-based with regular travel and a base salary plus incentives.

Responsibilities include developing sales plans, opening and managing accounts, achieving targets, and coordinating with Logistics and Accounting to ensure timely delivery and collections.

Qualifications

• College level or higher; degree in Business/Marketing is an advantage.
• 1–3 years of sales, distribution, or account-management experience in the cement industry.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive a four-wheel vehicle.
• Willing to travel and be assigned to Batangas and Quezon.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans for the assigned territory.
• Open new accounts and maintain relationships with dealers, hardware stores, contractors, and project accounts.
• Achieve sales, collection, distribution, and account-development targets.
• Conduct regular field visits across Eastern Batangas, Western Batangas, and Quezon.
• Prepare quotations, secure orders, and coordinate delivery schedules with Logistics and Operations.
• Monitor orders, sales movement, pricing, credit status, and collections.
• Identify new market opportunities, construction projects, and potential customers.
• Monitor competitors, market prices, and customer feedback; submit reports and recommendations.
• Maintain records of visits, sales pipeline, orders, collections, and reports.
• Coordinate with Accounting regarding customer credit terms and collection follow-ups.
