Job summary

Cosmetique Asia Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Planner based in Bulacan to oversee planning, scheduling, and coordination of maintenance activities. The role aims to maximize equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and control costs while ensuring safe execution of work.

Ideal candidates have a degree in engineering and at least 1 year in maintenance planning, with strong organizational skills and the ability to work across Maintenance, Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in maintenance planning or related role.
• Develop preventive maintenance and corrective job plans, weekly schedules, and shutdown plans.
• Identify spare parts, manage BOMs, forecast needs, and control costs.
• Plan and prioritize maintenance tasks by safety, asset criticality, and production impact.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate maintenance schedules.
• Understand equipment, maintenance strategies, and safety standards.
• Proficient in planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance work.
• Willing to be assigned to Plaridel, Bulacan.

Responsibilities

• Reports directly to the CEM Head for Corporate Engineering Maintenance.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure reliability and minimize downtime.
• Bridge Maintenance, Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain by turning needs into executable work plans.
