Job summary

Cosmetique Asia Corporation is seeking a maintenance technician in the Philippines to perform start-up, shutdown, adjustments and troubleshooting of machines in the assigned area.

You will ensure all mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components—drives, shafts, and auxiliaries—are in good condition, repair systems, and conduct preventive and corrective maintenance while monitoring breakdowns and downtime.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a technical or engineering program.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in industrial/electrical troubleshooting (motors, sensors, relays).
• Knowledgeable in PLC inputs/outputs and fault diagnosis.
• Knowledgeable in hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with mold changeover and setup for injection/stretch/extrusion blow molding.
• Able to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely.
• Basic computer skills: internet research and report creation software.

Responsibilities

• Perform start-up, shutdown, adjustments and troubleshooting of machines in the assigned area.
• Make sure that the equipment parts, drives, shafts, and all mechanical, electromechanical, and pneumatic auxiliaries are in good working condition.
• Repair the mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems, as well as perform corrective and preventive maintenance activities.
• Conduct monitoring and reporting of equipment breakdowns, downtime, and recurring issues.
