Ideal candidates have PE licensure and Lean Six Sigma credentials, with the ability to mentor staff, work under pressure, and deliver reliable equipment performance in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Must be aRegistered Mechanical Engineer with PE license.
• Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Proven project management and data-driven decision skills.
• Experience in maintenance leadership and Lean Six Sigma is preferred.
