Responsibilities

• Provide governance for a cluster of semi-autonomous teams and monitor performance.
• Lead improvement projects for operational processes and cost efficiencies.
• Interpret diagnostics in chemical/electrical/mechanical processes and manage risks.
• Coordinate with core factory functions (Manufacturing, Engineering, HR, Quality, Safety).
• Drive teams to eliminate waste and counter losses using ICMS/IP methodologies.
• Maintain clear communication and engagement across the factory.
