Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Co. in Mangahan, Philippines, is seeking a Technical Operator to operate, maintain and improve ice‑cream production lines. You will lead a shift, coach operators, and ensure safety, quality and eco‑efficient practices in a fast‑paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Core Engineering Skills – 3+ years in Maintenance, Bench Fitting and/or Machining.
• Experience in food manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, improve and repair OMIR equipment to meet KPIs.
• Lead shift manning and coach Machine Operators/Manufacturing Crew.
• Ensure Safety, Health, Environment and Quality compliance (GMP, HACCP).
• Plan and execute AM activities per the maintenance calendar.
• Collaborate with SST/MST to eliminate contamination and optimize line performance.
