Magnum Icc Sweden Supply Ab in the Philippines seeks a Cell Lead (First Line Manager) with strong manufacturing knowledge to lead a cluster of semi-autonomous teams within our fast-moving ice cream operation.

You will govern performance, oversee operators, drive improvement projects, interpret process diagnostics, and collaborate with factory functions to ensure reliable production, safety and quality.

Responsabilités

• Provide governance for a cluster of semi-autonomous teams, supporting performance monitoring, overtime, patterns, and dispute resolution.
• Retain responsibility for Technical and Basic Operators within the semi-autonomous team, beyond monitoring.
• Lead improvement projects for operational processes.
• Interpret diagnostics in chemical/electro-mechanical processes and identify issues and risks.
• Drive work of semi-autonomous team and eradicate waste using ICMS/IP processes.
• Ensure clear communication across factory and liaise with Manufacturing, Engineering, HR, Quality and Safety.

The Role

The Cell Lead (First Line Manager) is a management professional with a good technical understanding of manufacturing, general or chemical engineering or food technology.

What you'll be responsible for

• Provide the governance function for a cluster of semi‑autonomous teams, delivering management and leadership support for performance monitoring, overtime allocation, working patterns and dispute resolution.
• Retain responsibility for the Technical and Basic Operators within the semi-autonomous team but is not involved in the day to day team management beyond the monitoring and performance management role.
• Lead improvement projects for operational processes
• Interpret technical diagnostics in chemical and electro‑mechanical processes and controls, identify key issues, and process risks
• Drive semi-autonomous team's work and eradicate waste to counter losses by using their ICMS methodologies and IP Processes.
• Provide common standard of communication and engagement across the factory. You will liaise closely with the core factory functions, including Manufacturing, Engineering, HR, Quality and Safety to achieve this.
