Job summary

The Business Game is seeking an exceptional Business Operations Manager in Cebu to become the operational driver behind the company. You will sit at the center of our network and oversee end-to-end operations across guests, editors, calendars and member onboarding, coordinating with teams in Australia and internationally.

You will be responsible for driving process improvements, implementing new systems, and ensuring that deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality production of 4–6

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in operations, project management or similar.
• Proven experience managing people and coordinating international teams.
• Exceptional spoken and written English.
• Confidence engaging with CEOs and senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete podcast guest pipeline and scheduling.
• Oversee Cebu-based Editor and coordinate with teams in Australia and beyond.
• Run weekly operating, production and debrief meetings.
• Own CRM data accuracy and oversee payment and proposals processes.
• continually improve systems, automation and processes.
