Job summary

The Business Game is seeking an exceptional Business Operations Manager in Cebu to become the operational driver behind the company. You will sit at the center of our network and oversee end-to-end operations across guests, editors, calendars and member onboarding, coordinating with teams in Australia and internationally.

You will be responsible for driving process improvements, implementing new systems, and ensuring that deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality production of 4–6

• 5+ years' experience in operations, project management or similar.
• Proven experience managing people and coordinating international teams.
• Exceptional spoken and written English.
• Confidence engaging with CEOs and senior executives.

We are rebuilding and scaling the business and are looking for an exceptional Business Operations Manager in Cebu to become the operational driver behind the company.

We are looking for someone who can lead, manage, improve and scale operations.

You will manage our Cebu-based Editor and coordinate team members in Australia and internationally.

You won't personally do everything.

You will be accountable for making sure everything gets done.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

• Manage the complete podcast guest pipeline.
• Contact and follow up potential guests.
• Coordinate discovery and commercial calls.
• Book recordings and manage calendars.
• Collect guest bios, photos, logos and information.
• Ensure guests receive all preparation information.
• Maintain standby guests for cancellations.
• Manage the recording and production calendar.
• Manage our Cebu-based Editor.
• Track editing, QA and publishing deadlines.
• Ensure 4–6 episodes per week move successfully through production.
• Coordinate shorts and content handoffs.
• Manage new Member onboarding and administration.
• Ensure Members receive portal access, information, schedules and support.
• Coordinate Member calls and guest speakers.
• Coordinate proposals, invoices and payment follow-up with the relevant team.
• Own the accuracy of GoHighLevel as our CRM and source of truth.
• Coordinate operational team members in Australia.
• Run weekly operating, production and debrief meetings.
• Maintain action lists and hold people accountable.
• Identify problems before they affect guests, members or publishing.
• Continually improve systems, automation and processes.

We Want a Driver

We are not looking for someone who waits to be told what to do.

If a guest hasn't replied, don't tell us:

I emailed them.

Call them.

If Friday's recording is at risk, find out why and prepare the replacement.

If the Editor is behind, understand the problem and get the production schedule back on track.

If a process is inefficient, improve it.

If AI can eliminate repetitive work, investigate it.

If management needs to make a decision, don't simply send us the problem.

About You

You'll ideally have:

• 5+ years' experience in operations, project management, executive operations or similar.
• Proven experience managing people.
• Exceptional spoken and written English.
• Confidence speaking with CEOs and senior executives.
• Experience working with Australian, US, UK or other international businesses.
• Strong CRM and systems experience.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Confidence holding people accountable.
• A demonstrated ability to improve processes.
• Strong understanding of AI and modern business technology, or a genuine drive to learn it.

Podcast experience is not essential. Operational excellence is.
